F L E X !!!!

I went to the Arnold Classic again this year and saw the usual band of narcissistic freaks that I see there year to year. For whatever reason, I just wasn't excited to go. It was more of a 'well, I've gone in years past and feel I should want to do this'. Eeeh. It was just as much fun to hang out with the guys and people watch.


Ever see the P90X infomercial? I got the dvd's from my bro-in-law and am going to try it. I had Amanda take a before picture but I'm too chicken to post it. I'll let you know how it goes.
